EFootball signs a contract with MLS players

Konami continues to announce (source in English) little by little the details of his new efootball game to replace PES, with this time the signing of a contract with the association of the players of the MLS to obtain the license of the American football league. The studio hopes to continue its struggle against FIFA by signing genre agreements with large leagues and clubs, offering varied content to football fans.

The MLS officially on efootball?

That's the whole question, since Konami communicates on his agreement with the MLS players' association and not on having obtained rights on the teams. Thus, if the players will be scanned to appear really in efootball (the new PES), nothing indicates whether the teams will also be present.

The agreement takes over several years and indicates the presence of many ambassadors of the League on the football game (including Josef Martinez).

EFOOTBALL, the new name of PES

After taking a year more to develop his new game, Konami decided to completely review his copy by also changing the name of his game. So, PES becomes efootball, with the intention of becoming the new reference of the football game.

EFOOTBALL, DATE OF RELEASE AND CROSSPLATFORM

The great ad in Konami is the possibility to play Crossplateform. So, if during the exit, players will only face other players on console, the goal will quickly be able to let fans play on all media. The efootball game will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC (Steam) as well as on Mobile (App Store and Google Store).

With respect to the release date, Konami announces an outing during the fall with a content in the last quarter of the year.

Konami continues to advance his pawns in his war against FIFA and the signing of this partnership with the MLS is a good news for the franchise. You can find more information about Konami football simulation on PES.
